My name is Chantel Kress and I am a Real Estate Agent who specializes in Lapeer and Oakland County area real estate. I have a Bachelor level Business Degree with a concentration in Legal Studies. Since 2014, I have been the lead Paralegal at the James R. Porritt, Jr. Law Firm in Lake Orion. Mr. Porritt is renowned across the state for his expertise in Real Estate law. My position has afforded me the knowledge and expertise many agents in today's market lack. With the knowledge of contracts, the ability to foresee problems and strategically maneuver each transaction, my expertise and knowledge is an asset to my clients.
